GUINNESS® SESSIONS Presents HK Live! is a series of band showcase nights organized by Hong Kong's leading city living magazine, HK Magazine. The shows feature the best emerging and established bands of the Hong Kong music scene and a cast of music personalities.
Joven Goce

Since 2010, Joven has continued to develop himself musically in Hong Kong, playing at establishments around town including the Hard Rock Cafe, The Fringe Club, and The Wanch. He is currently working with Tatsuya Yamaguchi (drums) & Koya Hisakazu (bass) of Mark-1 Music on his debut album which will launch in early 2013.
Innisfallen

With changes in band members over the years as well as an EP under their belt, the band now comprises of vocalists Johan Lam & Erik Piece on guitar and keys and Mike Lam on bass, complete with Jonathan Lee on drums and percussion. Tony Liu will be a guest bassist on the night.
Kestrels and Kites
You probably (or hopefully) know Tiffany from Indie-Rock bands like Hungry Ghosts / Six Pack of Wolves; Luke from Hungry Ghosts and his solo efforts; and Freddy from partyrockers Shotgun Politics. Together they form Kestrels and Kites - an acoustic (and sometimes electric) folk outfit with life-rejoicing songs and off-kilter gig. Kestrels and Kites is a mainstay at live music shows; they have recently played at Guinness Sessions Summer Social, Crossed Wires at The Wanch and The Underground 103 at the Hard Rock Café.
We Wanted to Be the Sky
Noise-pop band We Wanted to be the Sky was newly founded this year and crafts melodic, mathy and relentless tunes. The band consists of lead vocalist Tilly along with Sam both playing the guitar, Cory on bass, and Andy on drums. The energetic four piece have already been making the rounds at a number of gigs around town, including The Prog-Tastic Rock Society at the Fringe Club and the Hard Rock Café.
